Ross Group and AAA Allied Group Partner on MRM Solution

Ross Group and AAA Allied Group announced today in Cincinnati, Ohio that they have entered into a partnership to define and develop an Auto Club Member Relationship Management System (MRM) and intelligent front-end application called TouchPoints. As an integral part of the MEMBERzPlus Collaboration Suite, TouchPoints is being developed for use by other AAA Auto Club as a solution in meeting the Association's MRM strategic initiative.

TouchPoints will aid AAA Clubs in attaining the promise of MRM by placing club defined business intelligence in the hands of customer service personnel at critical sales and service opportunities. TouchPoints ensures each customer's "touch" is effective in achieving the club's sales and service objectives.
