Richard Spanier
Richard Spanier
President, Software Solutions

Mr. Spanier has over 25 years of IT and business management and development experience. Mr. Spanier has led large development projects in the telecom, accounting and finance, banking, and membership industries. His recent projects include membership and MRM/CRM software installations for some of the nation’s largest Automobile Clubs, telecom applications for state governments, and asset management applications for the banking industry. Currently Mr. Spanier sits on the board of the Technology Association of Georgia’s Government Technology Society and serves as chairman of their Federal Government Technology Committee. Mr. Spanier has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Science from the University of West Florida and graduate work in both Systems Analysis and Business Administration.

Michael Samaras

VP of Membership Solutions

Mr. Samaras join the membership team in 2000 and is currently tasked with growing the MemberzPlus membership management software into the association market. Mr. Samaras is the architect of our application development framework still in use today. As part of the membership team Mr. Samaras is the primary architect of Touchpoints, a part of our membership relationship management suite. His education includes a Bachelors in MIS (2000) and Masters in Business (2005) both from the University of Dayton. His project management certifications include a PMP certification, SCRUM certification and over 5 technical certifications. Mr. Samaras also won the 40 under 40 Award in 2006 from the Dayton Business Journal for his involvement in the community, education, and career success.

Alan Moor

Mr. Moor joined the team in 1996 as an experienced developer in Oracle, PL/SQL, and PowerBuilder. He has been a team lead and project manager of many high visibility projects including lead on the roll-out of our membership management software MemberzPlus to a membership organization over five million members. Mr. Moor is an Air Force Veteran with 8 years of service and served on the board of the Turner Syndrome Society. Mr. Moor has over 25 years experience in software development in a variety of technical disciplines including Oracle and Java.

Devin Tisdale
Devin Tisdale
Business Development Manager

Mr. Tisdale joined the membership team in 2011 and is responsible for reaching out and developing new business opportunities for MemberzPlus. He is currently an active member and participant of the American Society of Association Executives, the Georgia Society of Association Executives, and the Technology Association of Georgia. Being an alumni from Georgia Southern University, he also brings relevant experience in Marketing along with Sales and Sales Management. During his time at Georgia Southern University, he held dual roles of Vice Presidency in both the American Marketing Association and Students in Free Enterprise, along with roles in the G.S.U. sales team for the annual 'National Collegiate Sales Competition' held in Kennesaw, GA. Mr. Tisdale also holds a very strong background in Information Technology, Association Marketing, B2B Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
